Ramadan Craft Event 2026

The Hub in Omagh was recently filled with energy and color for our Kids’ Ramadan Craft Event, hosted by the talented Samar. It was a fantastic afternoon of creativity, culture, and community fun for local families.

Activity Highlights

Under Samar’s and our volunteer’s guidance, the children stayed busy with a variety of hands-on stations and festive entertainment:

• Creative Crafts: Making traditional lanterns, hanging decor, and shimmering banners.

• Lino Stamping: Kids used custom lino stamps to ink and print their own Ramadan designs.

• Music & Dancing: Upbeat music and dancing kept the energy high throughout the hall.

• Delicious Treats: A selection of sweets and treats were enjoyed by all the young participants.

Community Spirit

It was wonderful to see the pride on the children’s faces as they showed off their handmade art and shared a fun afternoon with new friends.

A big thank you to Samar for hosting and to all the volunteers and families who made this celebration so memorable. We look forward to seeing you at our next community gathering!
