Our Immigration advice services provides advice and advocacy in immigration and nationality matters. We help individuals, as well as families, to obtain refugee status, leave to remain, settlement and British citizenship.

Working with the Law Centre, Belfast, we run information workshops, attend briefings, and use their services to advocate for the refugee and asylum seekers community.

We provide guidance and sign posting on several issues:

• Indefinite leave to remain applications.
• Lost/incorrect/incomplete BRP card.
• Advice on Citizenship applications.
• UKVCAS appointments.
• Change address with home office.
• Correcting Home Office mistakes.
• Travel documents.
• Certificates of Travel.
• Application for fee waiver.
• Advice about extended leave.
• British passport applications.
• Aspen card issues.
• Travel Documents or any other late applications.
