How To Help

We aim to involve people from all backgrounds and ethnicities to work together to help Refugee and Asylum Seeker communities build their capacity where it is needed and through time build on their strengths and shared learning for a better future for them, their families and also for the wider community.

If you would be interested in joining ERANO as a volunteer and help to support us on our journey to creating a more integrated community. We need your support to reach out and to work with us.

ERANO offers a wide range of support such as advice clinics, providing assistance to our members with practical help such as form filling, signposting, referrals, and supporting the families on a day-to-day basis with issues in relation to schools, medical enquiries, housing and benefits. The organisations work with the Law Centre to provide legal advice for all refugees. Others supports include:

• Language Support
• Social and recreational programmes
• Employment Support
• Cultural Competency Workshops to the relevant statutory, public and community sectors, developing capacity and understanding of other cultures and their needs.
• Advocating and partnering with Statutory Agencies
• Cultural Ambassadors Programme
